Dual Career Program
VCU is committed to recruiting and retaining talented, innovative and diverse faculty and staff. As part of this commitment, VCU’s dual career program offers job search information to spouses or partners of current or prospective VCU faculty and staff to increase the spouse or partner's opportunities for success in their search for local employment.
VCU also offers housing-related moving and relocation assistance resources.
A spouse or partner of a new permanent faculty or staff member who is being employed by the university through a regional or national recruitment effort, who will become or is unemployed due to their relocation, is eligible for dual career assistance.
