Dual Career Program
VCU’s dual career program offers job search information to spouses or partners of current or prospective VCU faculty and staff to increase the spouse or partner's opportunities for success in their search for local employment.
Once an eligible spouse or partner completes the Dual Career Request Form, a member of our team will reach out to explore employment interests, skills, and needs, providing tailored recommendations. These services include access to job leads in the community, networking opportunities, and tools for refining resumes/CVs or preparing for interviews. Please note that while we are committed to providing recommendations, the dual career program cannot guarantee employment or offer preferential treatment for positions inside or outside of VCU.
In addition to the aforementioned services, VCU also offers housing-related moving and relocation assistance resources.
VCU & VCU Health
Make working at VCU a family affair! VCU and VCU Health serve the Richmond area as a national urban public research institution and hospital system dedicated to the success and well-being of our students, patients, faculty, staff and community. We encourage you to apply for staff, faculty and clinical roles.
